Creating awareness among the community on relevant issues.

1. Education and RTE

   
   

   Education is the key to adding value to society. Our approach includes Child Education Centers in Rural and Tribal areas to incorporate girls and boys who have dropped out for various reasons. This helps prevent adolescent girls from being trafficked due to lack of knowledge.

   We also monitor the Right to Education (RTE) to ensure proper implementation and desired results through consistent evaluations.

   
   

2. Child Protection

   
   

   We form groups of adolescent girls to make them aware of their rights and educate them on monitoring the safety of girls around them. Women are encouraged to monitor girls regularly to prevent trafficking. We follow the ICPS structure, including DCPU, BCPC, and VCPC.

   
   

3. Women’s Rights

   
   

   We empower women by creating self-help groups and providing gender sensitization. They learn about their rights and gain skills in banking services and trades, making them self-dependent.

   
   

4. Panchayat Raj Institution / Gram Sabha

   
   

   We inspire the community to attend regular Gram Sabha meetings and raise concerns regarding their survival. We raise awareness about the importance of voting and the role of Gram Sabha in societal betterment.

   
   

5. Environment Awareness

   
   

   We spread knowledge about environmental issues caused by pollutants and promote safer farming practices using organic pesticides, insecticides, manure, and fertilizers.

   
   

6. Government Welfare Schemes

   
   

   We evaluate, implement, and monitor government schemes to ensure beneficiaries receive full benefits. We also build awareness about government schemes for development.

   
   

Training

1. Training on Trafficking (Adolescent Groups)

   
   

   We sensitize adolescent children on safety, help them recognize signs of being trapped, and educate them to stay safe and pursue education.

   
   

2. Village Child Protection Committee’s Training

   
   

   We form Village Child Protection Committees (VCPC) and train them to protect children, especially girls at risk.

   
   

3. SMC Training

   
   

   We educate parents about their roles in the School Management Committee (SMC) and how they can provide valuable feedback for improvement.

   
   

4. SHG Training

   
   

   We provide skill enhancement training to empower women, making them self-sufficient and capable of managing their finances.

   
   

5. Life Skill Training

   
   

   Adolescent girls are trained in life skills, teaching them how to behave and protect themselves in social settings and cope with challenges.

   
   

6. Teacher’s Training

   
   

   We offer regular training to teachers, enhancing their knowledge and teaching skills for the girl child education centers.

   
   

Health Issues and Initiatives from 2012 Onwards

Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) Reduction:

1. Implementing maternal and child health programs to reduce IMR and MMR.
2. Expanding access to prenatal care and skilled birth attendants.
3. Promoting family planning and reproductive health services.

Tuberculosis (TB) Care and Control:

1. Strengthening TB diagnostic and treatment services.
2. Enhancing public awareness about TB prevention and control.
3. Developing and promoting strategies for multi-drug-resistant TB (MDR-TB).

COVID-19 Control, Awareness, and Vaccination:

1. Launching COVID-19 vaccination campaigns.
2. Promoting mask-wearing, social distancing, and hand hygiene.
3. Conducting public health education on the importance of vaccines and their safety.

Mobile Medicare Services:

1. Introducing mobile clinics to provide healthcare services in underserved areas.
2. Delivering primary care, vaccinations, and health education to remote communities.
3. Using telemedicine for remote consultations and medical advice.
